Within the Auckland Metro Area, on premise deliveries are made by our La Fromagerie Delivery Service. For deliveries throughout the North Island, South Island and Rural areas, we use trusted third-party carriers.

How Can I Track My Delivery?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email with the details of your delivery, including your information, reference number and tracking number. By clicking on the tracking number, you will be taken to the courier website where you can view status updates for your delivery.


Missing/Damaged Items:

Should your order not arrive in the usual timeframe, and you wish to make further enquiries about the delivery, please contact our solution provider’s customer service department on 0800 771 747 or via email: or please contact your La Fromagerie representative on (09) 529 0162, if any damage to your package has incurred during transit. For picking errors or goods damaged in transit, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
