How will my order arrive?

We want the cheese and other items you have ordered to arrive to you as fresh as possible. To achieve this, we pack all perishable items (including cheeses) in polybins with ice. We make sure that your items are packed in strong (recycled) boxes to keep your items protected.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

If you are receiving your order via courier service (for delivery outside of Metro Auckland Area), make sure to first check your tracking number that was sent you via email after your order was initially processed.

The next step would be to contact our solution provider’s customer service department on 0800 771 747 or via email: solutions@zend.co.nz.

Alternatively, you can contact your La Fromagerie representative or call us on (09) 529 0162

If you did not receive a tracking number or are located within the Metro Auckland Area, please contact your La Fromagerie representative immediately, or call us on (09) 529 0162
