Description
Delightfully spicy with a delicate transparency, this is Espelette chilli pepper jelly. It sublimates the cheeses of its soil, and in particular the ewe's milk cheeses. But try it also with a parmesan of character. Or at the end of the cooking of a lamb. It changes. It's good. It's divine!
Ideal with cheeses from the Basque Country or Parmesan. Try it also with roast lamb, with prawns or in a wok...!
Ingredients: Cane sugar (EU and non-EU origin), water, Espelette pepper pulp 6% (Espelette pepper flesh 95%, lemon juice), vinegar, gelling agents (fruit pectin, calcium citrate), Espelette pepper powder 0.5%.
