Coming directly from the hinterland of Nice to LÉpicurien workshops in Herault in February-March, our violets are in great shape and absolutely resplendent. Prepared without colouring by L'Épicurien, they delight us with their acidulous and floral notes which are perfectly incorporated in pastries and cooking.
Great in a custard, whipped cream, tiramisu, scones, cheesecake, layer cake, kir, or on a panna cotta...
Ingredients: Cane sugar (EU and non-EU origin), water, violet flowers 1.5%, gelling agents (fruit pectin, calcium citrate), acidifier: citric acid, natural flavour.
