Rouzaire has been an independent family-owned cheese making company for 3 generations. The dairy and ageing cellars are located in the heart of the Brie area, Ile de France.
The flavour profile of Rouzaire Camembert is more intense than a Brie, with mild earthy aromas and a luxurious complexity on the palate. When ripe, the light-yellow paste has a delicious creamy texture and distinctive yeasty, almost meaty flavour that are hard to beat. This small Camembert is suitable for oven use.
