A delicate French goat’s milk cheese with a soft, creamy texture and a naturally wrinkled white rind. The palate is fresh and supple, offering gentle notes of cultured cream, fresh goat’s milk and subtle citrus, with a clean, lightly tangy finish. As it matures, the paste becomes increasingly rich and yielding, developing greater depth and a more pronounced earthy character.
