A traditional recipe to be served hot, these sardines in churned butter with a hint of lemon offer a modern version of a traditional recipe.
4 WAYS TO HEAT THEM UP
Before opening, run the tin under hot water to make it easier to remove the cake without damage the sardines! Empty the contents into a frying pan, dish, bowl or pan depending on the mode selected:
1. In a frying pan: 2 minutes on each side over low heat
2. In the oven: 7 minutes in a hot oven (180°C)
3. In the microwave: 1 minute at 500W
4. In a bain-marie: 8 minutes in a saucepan of simmering water (85°C)
