Description
The Isigny Sainte-Mere Cooperative was founded in 1909 in Normandy and is renowned internationally for its exceptional dairy products.
The semi hard Tomme wheel is ripened for four months in the Chef-du-Pont cellars on wooden boards.
Under the watchful eyes of the Master Cheesemaker, the Tomme gradually develops to reveal its mild and fruity flavour, its ivory interior and its light brown rind, characteristic of a controlled ripening.
