Fioretto is the flagship product of Sepi Dairy. It is a sheep milk cheese with a minimum ageing time of two months. The semi hard cheese paste is characterized by the distinctive flavour and aroma of the pastures and the Mediterranean scrub of Sardinia. Selected for the cheeseboard par excellence, as an authentic Pecorino with an excellent flavour.
